Buen Ayre

VIGGO Mortensen, Keira Knightley, David Schwimmer, Carlos Tevez and David Cronenberg have all had a bite in Argentine steakhouse Buen Ayre. Located in the busy Broadway Market, Buen Ayre is a beef lovers dream and the slightly rough and ready decor is great for a relaxed evening out.

Cat and Mutton

ORIGINALLY The Cattle & Shoulder of Mutton, this 300-year-old pub was once a watering hole for agricultural workers who rested their livestock at London Fields on route to markets like Smithfields. The pub was one of the early pioneers that drew a new type of trend-seeking visitor to Broadway Market, quickly becoming the place to eat, drink and be merry, after it was renovated in 2003.

Dove Freehouse and Kitchen

A BROADWAY Market institution, the Dove has been going for over 20 years, long before the area became achingly fashionable. Its extensive range of Belgian beers, real ales and ciders, plus hearty traditional pub fare, including Sunday lunch, mean it is as popular as ever, despite the ever-increasing competition.
