TV CHEF Jamie Oliver's Hoxton restaurant is famed for helping get unemployed young people into jobs.

Every year, Fifteen in Westland Place recruits unemployed and under-qualified 18 to 24 year olds from the area and trains them to become qualified chefs.

It sources seasonal ingredients from UK and Italy to create the in-house produce, whether fresh pasta, breads, ice cream, cured meats, cordials, presses and interestingly flavoured alcoholic drinks.
